ELIGIBILITY
The Auto Value®/Bumper to Bumper® Orlando Experience Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is offered only in the United States and Canada and is open only to persons who are legal residents of the United States and Canada who have reached the age of 21 years and who are employed in the automotive aftermarket as repair technicians who purchase or use auto parts in order to repair customer vehicles.
ENTRY PERIOD
Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT), September 1, 2018, and ends at 11:59 PM Central Standard Time (CST), November 30, 2018 ("Sweepstakes Period"). For purposes of these official rules, all times listed refer to Central Daylight Time or Central Standard Time, depending upon the time of the year.

HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES
There are three ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
A. Complete the Official Entry Form online at www.orlandoexperiencesweepstakes.com. Enter the serial number from the official entry card provided with each purchase order over $150.00 USD or CDN. One entry is awarded for each such purchase.
B. Users of Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper’s on-line parts purchasing tool MyPlace4Parts® can click on the Official Entry Form that appears with each purchase of over $150.00 USD or CDN. They will automatically receive one entry for each such purchase.
C. C. Send a 3x5 card with the following information: Technician Name, Email, Home/Street Address, City, State, Zip, Store/Shop Name, Store/Shop Address, City, State, Zip, Store/Shop Phone to:

All entrants must provide a street address. Entries providing only a post office box will not be accepted.
All Sweepstakes entries based on orders placed with a participating auto parts store or warehouse distributor must be submitted on or before November 30, 2018. All qualifying purchases receive an entry card that must be entered online at www.orlandoexperiencesweepstakes.com. All MyPlace4Parts® orders must be placed on or before November 30, 2018. Entries on 3X5 cards must be postmarked on or before November 30, 2018. All Sweepstakes entries must be received by December 15, 2018 at 11:59 PM CDT. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited.
DISCLAIMER
Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc. (“Sponsor”), and all shareholder members, warehouse distributors, jobbers, and other vendors associated with the Sponsor in promoting and/or administering the Sweepstakes (the Sponsor and such other associated entities, being collectively called the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not responsible for lost, interrupted, late or damaged mail, unauthorized human intervention, or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic; including without limitation incorrect or incomplete Sweepstakes information (including Sweepstakes entry information) regardless of cause.
Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Use of robotic, automated, programmed, or like means to enter the Sweepstakes will void all entries affected by such methods. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the Sweepstakes entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes. Once submitted, all requests and entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
By completing the Official Entry from, all entrants consent to the collection, use and distribution of their personal information by the Sponsor for the purposes of running the Sweepstakes and as permitted by these rules. Personal information is defined as anything that identifies an entrant as an individual, such as home telephone number, age, home address, email address, gender. Sponsor will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes.
DRAWING
Winners will be selected by three (3) random drawings from all eligible entries received by 11:59 PM Central the day prior to each drawing date. The drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor. The drawings for the Sweepstakes will be conducted on October 1, 2018 (Drawing 1), November 1, 2018 (Drawing 2) and December 15, 2018 (Drawing 3). All entries not selected as Winners from any but the third drawing will be included in any subsequent drawings in this Sweepstakes.
SKILL-TESTING QUESTION (CANADIAN RESIDENTS ONLY)
Upon notification of selection for a Grand Prize Trip, if the selected entrant is a Canadian resident, he or she must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, before the prize will be awarded. In the event that the selected entrant is unable to answer the skill-testing question correctly, the Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify said entrant and to randomly draw another eligible entry, and the Sponsor shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.
SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)
GRAND PRIZE WINNERS: Total of thirty (30) winners will each win an Orlando Experience Sweepstakes Trip package. (ARV of the trip package is $8,000 each). Ten (10) Grand Prize Winners will be selected in each Drawing.
FIRST PRIZE WINNERS:Total of thirty (30) winners will each win a VISA Gift card valued at $500 USD. Ten (10) First Prize Winners will be selected in each Drawing.
SECOND PRIZE WINNERS: Total of sixty (60) winners will each win a VISA Gift card valued at $250 USD. Twenty (20) Second Prize Winners will be selected in each Drawing.
THIRD PRIZE WINNERS: Total of one hundred fifty (150) winners will each win a VISA Gift card valued at $100 USD. Fifty (50) Third Prize Winners will be selected each Drawing.
Prizes are not allocated on a regional basis. The ARVs are subject to change based on current market conditions at time of prize fulfillment and the time of travel and the distance between departure and destination. Any difference between the ARVs and the actual values, if any, will not be awarded.
The Prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. Prize is nontransferable; no substitutions or cash redemptions except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded.
Winners will be required to execute and return a Sworn Statement of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) within 14 days of notification attempt or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among all of the remaining eligible entries. The electronic signature on the Sworn Statement of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release will be the legal equivalent of the manual signature of each winner.
Sponsor is not responsible for misplaced, lost, stolen, or tampered with entry cards or other prizes.
Each Prize winner will be required to supply Sponsor with his/her social security number for tax purposes. Taxes (if any) on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be assigned. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received at the time of draw.
GRAND PRIZE TRIP WINNERS:
Thirty (30) Grand Prize Trip winners will win a Sweepstakes Trip package (referred to as “Trip”) provided by Sponsor. A Trip will be provided to the grand prize trip winner and his/her three (3) guests, to Orlando, Florida (the “Destination”). The winner of the Grand Prize Trip is referred to as the “Grand Prize Trip Winner” and his/her guests as “Guests”.
The Trip consists of round trip coach airfare, five nights’ hotel accommodations (standard double occupancy room and room tax only); two days of select Orlando amusement or theme park tickets of their choice (eight tickets total) and participation in meals and activities hosted by Sponsor. The approximate retail value of Trip is $8,000.00 USD.
Grand Prize Trip Winner and Guests will be solely responsible for any and all meals, beverages, ground transfers between winner’s residence and airport of departure, gratuities, travel upgrades, personal incidentals and any other expenses not specified herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the Grand Prize Trip Winner resides within 100 miles of Destination. Grand Prize Trip Winner and Guests must travel on same itinerary. Grand Prize Trip Winner and Guests will be responsible for obtaining valid U.S. government identification and/or other required travel documents (as applicable) prior to travel and the associated costs for these and other requirements. The Grand Prize Trip will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. Grand Prize Trip is nontransferable; no substitutions or cash redemptions except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded. Grand Prize Trip Winner will be required to execute and return a Sworn Statement of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) and Guests must execute and return a Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) within 14 days of notification attempt or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among all of the remaining eligible entries. In the event any Guest is considered a minor in the jurisdiction in which Guest resides, Guest’s parent or legal guardian must sign and return the Liability and Publicity Release. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. If either Grand Prize Trip Winner or Guests becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the Trip package due to illness, Sponsor shall have the option at its sole discretion of: (1) being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the prize award; or (2) extending the period during which such prize may be awarded for a period determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Grand Prize Trip Winner or Guests must prove such disability by a doctor’s certificate, which certificate shall be endorsed by another physician agreeable to Sponsor and Grand Prize Trip Winner at Grand Prize Trip Winner’s expense. If a Grand Prize Trip Winner chooses not to take any Guests, or if any Guests do not sign the documentation as provided in these Official Rules within the time frame specified, then the Guests elements of the Grand Prize Trip will be forfeited and the other elements of the Grand Prize Trip shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s obligation to award the Grand Prize Trip. Grand Prize Trip Winner and Guests agree to comply with all venue rules and regulations and agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Sponsor will determine in its sole discretion the airline and hotel to be provided as part of the Grand Prize Trip. All travel dates are subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a Grand Prize Trip Winner or any Guests are not available or able to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, Grand Prize Trip Winner and Guests’ privileges will be terminated and an alternative Grand Prize Trip Winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries if time permits. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and must be roundtrip.
Grand Prize Trip Winner and Guests acknowledge that they will be required to sign a waiver and assumption of risk regarding their participation in the Trip. By accepting the Trip, Grand Prize Trip Winner and Guests hereby release and covenant not to sue all Sweepstakes Entities for any personal property damage or personal injuries that may occur to either of them as a result of participating in the Trip.

EXCLUSION FROM ELIGIBILITY
Employees (other than those employed by licensees of the Alliance as repair technicians), officers, and directors of Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc., its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, the other Sweepstakes Entities, and the members of the immediate family of any of the foregoing (parents, siblings, children, and spouse) or those persons living in the same household, whether related or not, of such individuals are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
By entering, entrant has confirmed and is held accountable that the address on their entry is current and is valid for the Sweepstakes Period and for six months after the Sweepstakes has ended. Any prizes shipped to a wrong address or unclaimed will be forfeited and winner will become disqualified. The eligibility of each prize winner will be verified by the member of the Sponsor who made the sweepstakes available to such winner. Upon verification, the prize will be shipped to such member of the Sponsor. Such member will then notify the winner by telephone, e-mail or mail and will make arrangements for the delivery of the price to the winner. If the prize is unclaimed or otherwise undeliverable, the winner of such prize will be disqualified, and an alternate winner selected in a random manner from among the remaining eligible entries.
By entering in the Sweepstakes, entrant: (a) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by Sponsor and by the decisions of Sponsor; (b) acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules; (c) agrees to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations; and (d) releases and agrees to hold harmless Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc., the other Sweepstakes Entities, the respective companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages to person (including death) and/or property of any kind caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activities, and for any claim including claims based on defamation, publicity rights, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property related cause of action. By accepting a prize, winner grants the right to Sponsor to record, videotape, and photograph such winner (“Images”). These Images will be owned by Sponsor. Sponsor and each of its designees shall have the right to use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy, and exploit such Images, and all elements embodied therein, including any names, likenesses, voice, conversation, and any other attributes of such winner, individually or with others, together with his/her name, address, as well as any statements made by such winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor (provided they are true) in whole or in part, in conjunction with other material, if any, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for the purpose of trade, advertising, promotion, or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, in perpetuity, throughout the world, without additional compensation, consideration, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.
GENERAL TERMS
The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible if the Sweepstakes or any of the events featured in the Sweepstakes cannot take place, or if any prize cannot be awarded due to delays, interruptions, or failures due to acts of God, war, natural disasters, weather, acts or threats of terrorism, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, work stoppages, fire, acts of government, or other events outside of the reasonable control of the Sweepstakes Entities. If, for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sweepstakes Entities, which, in Sponsor’s sole determination, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes or any part of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes or any part of the Sweepstakes is terminated or modified prior to the closing date of the Sweepstakes, notice will be posted on www.orlandoexperiencesweepstakes.com if time permits and the prizes will be awarded to potential winners to be selected in a random drawing from among all of the remaining uncorrupted eligible entries received prior to any such event outside of the reasonable control of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to modify and amend these Official Rules from time to time during the Sweepstakes for clarification purposes.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS A WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) LOCATED WITHIN BEXAR COUNTY, TEXAS SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS SHALL GOVERN THE SWEEPSTAKES. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THESE COURTS.
QUEBEC’S RESIDENTS
Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of this publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
